In order to comply with the provisions as stipulated
in Article 111.3.6 of the Decree of the Board of
Directors of the Indonesian Stock Exchange
No. Kep00066/BE1/09-2022 effective as of 1
October 2022 regarding the Amendment of
Regulation Number I-£ on Obligation to
Disclosure of Information ("Regulation I-E”),,
the Company hereby submit the annual Public
