sebagaimana diubah dengan  POJK No.
14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Penambahan Modal
Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak
Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu, bersama ini kami
sampaikan hasil pelaksanaan Tahap | PMTHMETD
sebagai berikut:

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PHASE | RESULTS OF THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF NON-PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS
CAPITAL INCREASE (“PMTHMETD”)

PT EOUITY DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT TBK (“THE
COMPANY”)

Referring to the provisions of Financial Services
Authority Regulation (“POJK”) No. 32/POJK.04/2015
Artice 438 as amended by POJK No.
14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to POJK
No. 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Non-pre-emptive
Rights Capital Increase (“POJK 14/2019”), we hereby
convey the results of the implementation of the
Phase I PMTHMETD as follows:

The number of shares that has been issued
in connection with the PMTHMETD for this |

Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD yang telah dilaksanakan
dan diberitakan diatas terdiri dari:

1. Konversi Uang Muka Setoran
Modal/Dana Setoran Modal senilai
Rp60.130.392.800 (enam puluh miliar
seratus tiga puluh juta tiga ratus
sembilan puluh dua ribu delapan ratus
Rupiah): dan

Aa Setoran Modal ) senilai
Rp70.547.000.000 (tujuh puluh miliar
lima ratus empat puluh tujuh juta
Rupiah), yang merupakan konversi dari
setoran dalam mata uang Dolar
Amerika Serikat berdasarkan kurs yang
berlaku pada tanggal penerimaan dana.

Dengan demikian, total dana yang diterima pada
Tahap | adalah sebesar Rp130.677.392.800 (seratus
tiga puluh miliar enam ratus tujuh puluh tujuh juta
tiga ratus sembilan puluh dua ribu delapan ratus
Rupiah).

Adapun Setoran Modal II direncanakan senilai paling
banyak Rp20.000.000.000 (dua puluh miliar Rupiah),
yang dapat disesuaikan dengan mempertimbangkan
realisasi nilai tukar pada Setoran Modal | dan
Setoran Modal II, dengan jumlah saham yang akan
diterbitkan paling banyak sebesar 196.624.800

After the implementation of Phase | of PMTHMETD,
the amount of issued capital and fully paid-up capital
of the Company has increased to 15,456,814,805
(fifteen billion four hundred fifty-six million eight
hundred fourteen thousand eight hundred and five)
shares.

The implementation of the PMTHMETD carried out
and announced above consists of:

1. Conversion of Advance Capital
Payment/Capital Deposit in the amount of
Rp60,130,392,800 (sixty billion one hundred
thirty million three hundred ninety-two
thousand eight hundred Rupiah), and

2. Capital Injection I in the amount of
Rp70,547,000,000 (seventy billion five
hundred forty-seven million Rupiah),
representing a conversion from a deposit
denominated in United States Dollars at the
prevailing exchange rate on the date of
receipt.

Accordingly, the total funds received under Stage |
amount to Rp130,677,392,800 (one hundred thirty
billion six hundred seventy-seven million three
hundred nninety-two thousand eight hundred
Rupiah).

With respect to Capital Injection Il, the planned
amount of Rp20,000,000,000 (twenty billion Rupiah)
shall be subject to adjustment based on the realized
exchange rates applicable to Capital Injection | and
Capital Injection Il. The number of shares to be
issued under Capital Injection Il shall not excegd:

(seratus sembilan puluh enam juta enam ratus dua
puluh empat ribu delapan ratus) saham, sehingga
total saham yang diterbitkan dalam keseluruhan
PMTHMETD tidak melebihi 14.230.399.705 (empat
belas miliar dua ratus tiga puluh juta tiga ratus
sembilan puluh sembilan ribu tujuh ratus lima) saham
sebagaimana telah diungkapkan dalam Keterbukaan
Informasi.

shares, such that the total number of shares issued
under the entirety of the PMTHMETD shall not
exceed 14,230,399,705 (fourteen billion two hundred
thirty million three hundred ninety-nine thousand
seven hundred five) shares, as disclosed in the
Information Disclosure.
