Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material a. Uraian atas transaksi pembelian 13 bidang tanah
tersebut adalah sebagai berikut :
1) Sebidang Tanah seluas 2.835 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 3.523.905.000,-
2) Sebidang Tanah seluas 1.068 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 1.327.524.000,-
3) Sebidang Tanah seluas 4.127 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 5.129.861.000,-
4) Sebidang Tanah seluas 504 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 626.472.000,-
5) Sebidang Tanah seluas 6.131 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 7.620.833.000,-
6) Sebidang Tanah seluas 5.545 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 6.892.435.000,-
7) Sebidang Tanah seluas 4.760 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 5.916.680.000,-
8) Seidang Tanah seluas 2.319 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 2.882.517.000,-
9) Sebidang Tanah seluas 2.760 m2, dengan harga jual
beli sebesar Rp 3.430.680.000,-
10) Sebidang Tanah seluas 6.742 m2, dengan harga jual

b. Sumber Dana untuk pembelian 13 Bidang Tanah
tersebut menggunakan dana hasil penawaran umum perdana
saham (Dana IPO).
c. Tidak terdapat hubungan afiliasi dalam transaksi
pembelian 13 Bidang Tanah Tersebut.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan sudah memiliki izin lokasi/PKKPR atas lahan yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terletak di Desa Jasinga, Kecamatan Jasinga, Kabupaten
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Bogor, Propinsi Jawa Barat dan saat ini Perseroan baru
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau memiliki sebagian luas tanah dari total izin lokasi/PKKPR yang
Perusahaan Publik dimiliki Perseroan, sehingga dengan realisasi pembelian tanah
di Bogor, Perseroan akan lebih cepat melakukan
pembangunan proyek Bogor dan memperoleh tambahan
penghasilan dari pengembangan proyek di Bogor tersebut.

1) A plot of land with an area of 2,835 m2, with a sale and
purchase price of Rp 3,523,905,000,-
2) A plot of land with an area of 1,068 m2, with a sale and
purchase price of Rp 1,327,524,000,-
3) A plot of land with an area of 4,127 m2, with a sale and

uses funds from the initial public offering of shares (IPO
funds).
c. There is no affiliate relationship in the purchase transaction
of the 13 plots of land.
Impact of event, material information or The Company already has a location permit/PKKPR for land
facts towards Issuers or Public located in Jasinga Village, Jasinga District, Bogor Regency,
Company’s operational activities, legal, West Java Province and currently the Company only has a
financial condition, or going concern portion of the land area of the total location permit/PKKPR
owned by the Company, so that with the realization of the land
purchase in Bogor, the Company will be able to build the
Bogor project more quickly and obtain additional income from
the development of the project in Bogor.
