Perseroan, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa
berdasarkan:
1. Surat No. SSI/BAE-0478/26 tertanggal 24 Juni 2026
dari PT Sharestar Indonesia selaku Biro Administrasi Efek
Perseroan perihal Pengurangan Modal Ditempatkan dan
Disetor PT MDS Retailing Tbk (terlampir);
2. Surat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia S-07667/BEI.
PP2/06-2026 tertanggal 27 Juni 2026 perihal Persetujuan
Penghapusan Pencatatan Sebagian Saham Perseroan
(terlampir); dan
3. Pengumuman Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Peng-P-
00732/BEI.PP2/06-2026 (terlampir);
telah dilakukan penghapusan modal disetor sejumlah
31.000.000 (tiga puluh satu juga) lembar saham yang tercatat
pada Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan dan Papan
Pencatatan Utama Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tanggal 30 Juni
2026, sehingga komposisi modal disetor Perseroan menjadi
sebagai berikut:
Seri A Jumlah modal disetor sebelum penghapusan 1.395.970
Saham yang dihapus 0 Jumlah modal disetor setelah
penghapusan 1.395.970 Seri B Jumlah modal disetor sebelum

Notice of Reduction of the Issued and Paid-up Capital of PT

Description of Material Information or With reference to the Company Information Disclosure Letter
Facts No. 048/MDS/CSL/06/2026 dated 18 June 2026 regarding the
reduction of the Company issued and paid-up capital, we
hereby inform you that, based on:
Letter No. SSI/BAE-0478/26 dated 24 June 2026 issued by PT
Sharestar Indonesia, in its capacity as the Company's Share
Registrar, regarding the Reduction of the Issued and Paid-up
Capital of PT MDS Retailing Tbk (attached);
Letter No. S-07667/BEI.PP2/06-2026 dated 27 June 2026
issued by the Indonesia Stock Exchange regarding the
Approval for the Delisting of a Portion of the Company Shares
(attached); and
Indonesia Stock Exchange Announcement No. Peng-P-
00732/BEI.PP2/06-2026 (attached),
the Company issued and paid-up capital was reduced by
31,000,000 (thirty-one million) shares recorded in the
Company Register of Shareholders and listed on the Main
Board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, effective as of 30
June 2026. Accordingly, the composition of the Company paid-
up capital is as follows:
Series A Shares: the number of paid-up shares remained
unchanged at 1,395,970 shares, as no shares were cancelled.
Series B Shares: the number of paid-up shares remained
unchanged at 44,017,577 shares, as no shares were
cancelled.
Series C Shares: the number of paid-up shares decreased
from 2,212,865,733 shares to 2,181,865,733 shares following
the cancellation of 31,000,000 shares.
Accordingly, the total number of the Company paid-up shares
decreased from 2,258,279,280 shares to 2,227,279,280
shares following the cancellation of 31,000,000 shares.
