 Description of Material Information or       On 25 March 2025 (Completion Date), PT Confectionery
 Facts                                        Consumer Products Indonesia (PT CCPI) has completed the
                                              acquisition of 7,690,039,800 (seven billion six hundred ninety
                                              million thirty nine thousand eight hundred) shares of the
                                              Company by PT CCPI from PT Sweets Indonesia and Daniel
                                              Budiman through the negotiated market on the Indonesian
                                              Stock Exchange.
                                              Since the Completion Date, PT CCPI has effectively become
                                              the controller of the Company as referred to in the Financial
                                              Services Authority Regulation Number 9/POJK.04/2018 on the
                                              Acquisition of Public Companies.
                                              Based on the Deed of Restatement of Shareholders
                                              Resolutions no.100 dated 15 November 2024, made before
                                              Yulia, S.H., Notary in South Jakarta, the shareholders of the
                                              Company have approved to (i) appoint Mr. Benny Lim Jew
                                              Fong and Mr. Aston Zheng Long as members of the
                                              Companys Board of Commissioners and (ii) dismiss Mr. Imam
                                              Liyanto and Mr. Djonny Koesoemahardjono as members of the
                                              Companys Board of Commissioners, which is effective from
                                              the Completion Date.
                                              Therefore, the composition of the Companys Board of
                                              Commissioners from the Completion Date is as follows:

                                              Commissioner                          : Aston Zheng Long
                                              Independent Commissioner              : Sovia Wirjoprawiro
