Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase II Year 2022 Series A. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 28 April 2025 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,8096 (tujuh koma delapan nol persen) per tahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 28 April 2025. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the payment of the principal and twelfth interest of Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase II Year 2022 Series A which will be matured on 28 April 2025 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.80K (seven point eight zero per cent) per year. The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) before 28 April 2025.
