Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) telah menyampaikan
Laporan Keuangan tahun 2024. Pendapatan bersih yang
diperoleh perseroan selama 2024 tercatat mencapai Rp 1,46
triliun. Raihan tersebut berhasil tumbuh 7,3 persen jika
dibandingkan dengan penjualan bersih 2023 senilai Rp 1,36
triliun.
Laba kotor Perseroan berhasil mencapai Rp 469 miliar,
dengan margin 32 persen. Pertumbuhan laba kotor secara
year on year mencapai 11,4 persen. Sedangkan, margin laba
kotor tumbuh sekitar 1,2 basis poin dibandingkan margin laba
2023 sebesar 30,9 persen.
Kinerja bottom line Perseroan juga mengalami kenaikan,
dimana di tahun 2024 laba bersih yang dapat diatribusikan
kepada pemilik saham dan pemilik usaha tahun ini mencapai
Rp 160,3 miliar. Naik 8,8 persen dibanding tahun sebelumnya.
Aset Perseroan di tahun 2024 tercatat sebesar Rp 1,84 triliun.
Meningkat 20,2 persen dibandingkan tahun 2023. Peningkatan
ini utamanya berasal dari kenaikan Aset Tidak Lancar
Perseroan sebesar Rp 407,6 milyar.
Selama 2024, produk bata ringan masih menjadi tulang
punggung penjualan perseroan. Kontribusi produk tersebut
mencapai 99 persen dari total penjualan Rp 1,45 triliun.
Sedangkan, penjualan semen mortar selama 2024 mencapai
Rp 5,3 miliar.
Pada pertengahan tahun ini, pabrik 5 di Banjarnegara
direncanakan akan mulai beroperasi, sehingga kapasitas
terpasang BLES genap menjadi 5,6 juta m3 per tahun.
Dengan adanya penambahan kapasitas dari pabrik 5 ditambah
dengan peningkatan utilisasi pabrik 1 di Mojokerto dan pabrik
2 di Lamongan, pasca penambahan kapasitas mesin di tahun
lalu, Pereroan optimis akan dapat mencapai pertumbuhan
double digit di tahun 2025.

Description of Material Information or PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) has submitted its 2024
Facts Financial Report. The company's net profit throughout 2024
was recorded at IDR1.46 trillion. This achievement managed to
grow 7.3 percent when compared to 2023 net sales of IDR1.36
trillion.
The Company's gross profit managed to reach IDR469 billion,
with a margin of 32 percent. Gross profit growth year on year
reached 11.4 percent. Meanwhile, the gross profit margin grew
by around 1.2 basis points compared to the 2023 profit margin
of 30.9 percent.
The Company's bottom line performance also increased,
where in 2024 the net profit attributable to shareholders and
business owners this year reached IDR160.3 billion. Up 8.8
percent compared to the previous year.
The Company's assets in 2024 were recorded at IDR1.84
trillion. Increased by 20.2 percent compared to 2023. The
increase mainly came from an increase in the Company's Non-
Current Assets of IDR407.6 billion.
During 2024, lightweight brick products will still be the
backbone of the company's sales. The contribution of this
product reaches 99 percent of total sales of IDR1.45 trillion.
Meanwhile, mortar cement sales during 2024 reached IDR5.3
billion.
In the middle of this year, factory 5 in Banjarnegara is planned
to start operating, so that the installed capacity of BLES is
exactly 5.6 million m3 per year. With the additional capacity
from factory 5 plus the increased utilization of factory 1 in
Mojokerto and factory 2 in Lamongan, after the addition of
machine capacity last year, the Company is optimistic that it
will be able to achieve double-digit growth in 2025.
