Kerugian selama beberapa tahun terakhir menyebabkan posisi ekuitas ACSET terus mengalami
penurunan. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh beberapa hal seperti peningkatan biaya penyelesaian
pada sejumlah proyek yang sedang berjalan, perubahan jadwal penyelesaian proyek dan
tantangan teknis maupun non-teknis di lapangan.

Guna meningkatkan kinerja keuangannya, ACSET akan memperkuat fokus usaha pada proyek
infrastruktur, gedung dan pondasi, yang merupakan kekuatan utama ACSET. ACSET juga akan
terus melakukan efisiensi biaya dan menjaga arus kas yang baik di setiap proyek yang dijalankan
dengan tidak mengurangi aspek keselamatan (safety) dan kualitas (quality) pada setiap proyek,
serta kepatuhan atas peraturan yang berlaku.

Untuk membantu mencapai pertumbuhan kinerja ACSET yang berkelanjutan dan pemulihan
kondisi keuangan ACSET, pemegang saham mayoritas dan pengendali ACSET juga telah
menyatakan kesediaannya untuk memberikan dukungan, antara lain dukungan finansial berupa
tambahan modal melalui skema private placement (peningkatan modal tanpa hak memesan efek
terlebih dahulu) dan dukungan operasional seperti penerapan teknologi informasi dan
pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia ACSET.

ACSET terus berupaya melakukan yang terbaik untuk mencapai profitabilitas di masa depan,
walaupun hal tersebut akan bergantung pada beberapa faktor yang sulit diprediksi maupun di
luar kendali ACSET. Namun demikian, dengan langkah-langkah sebagaimana disebutkan di atas,
ACSET optimistis dapat memperbaiki kondisi keuangannya dan meraih kinerja yang tumbuh
secara berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

                                             2024 FINANCIAL REPORT




On March 26, 2025, ACSET released its audited consolidated financial statements for the
2024 fiscal year, which ended on December 31, 2024. ACSET recorded net revenue of IDR
3.17 trillion and a net loss of IDR 547 billion. ACSET’s net revenue was primarily sourced from
the foundation business segment amounting to IDR 314 billion, the building construction
business at IDR 1.45 trillion, and the infrastructure construction business at IDR 1.41 trillion.

Concerning assets and liabilities, ACSET recorded total assets of IDR 2.81 trillion and total
liabilities of IDR 2.95 trillion, resulting in negative equity.

The continued losses over the last few years have led to a decline in ACSET’s equity position.
This situation is attributed to several factors, including increased completion costs on
ongoing projects, changes in project completion schedules, and both technical and non-
technical challenges on-site.

To improve its financial performance, ACSET will strengthen its focus on infrastructure,
building, and foundation projects, which are its core competencies. ACSET will also continue
implementing cost efficiency measures and maintaining healthy cash flow in every project
without compromising safety and quality standards, as well as ensuring compliance with
applicable regulations.

To support ACSET’s sustainable performance growth and financial recovery, ACSET’s majority
and controlling shareholders have expressed their commitment to providing support,
including financial assistance through additional capital via a private placement scheme
(capital increase without pre-emptive rights) and operational support such as the
implementation of information technology and the development of ACSET’s human
resource competencies.

ACSET continues to strive for profitability in the future, although this will depend on several
unpredictable and uncontrollable factors. Nevertheless, with the steps outlined above,
ACSET remains optimistic about improving its financial condition and achieving sustainable
performance growth in the future.
