News Release – 25 Maret 2025 Soechi Lines Membukukan Pertumbuhan Laba Bersih 92% Tahun 2024 PT Soechi Lines Tbk (Kode Saham BEI: SOCI) selanjutnya disebut “Perseroan”, melaporkan laba bersih tumbuh 92% pada tahun buku 2024. Laba tahun berjalan tercatat senilai AS$17,1 juta pada 2024, dibandingkan dengan laba tahun berjalan senilai AS$8,9 juta pada 2023. Laba per saham dasar yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk tercatat senilai AS$0,0024 pada 2024, atau setara dengan Rp38 per saham menggunakan kurs pada akhir tahun 2024 pada Rp16.162/AS$. Pertumbuhan solid laba bersih Perseroan ditopang oleh kuatnya kinerja pendapatan, baik dari segmen pelayaran maupun dari segmen galangan kapal. Pada 2024, Perseroan mencatat pendapatan segmen pelayaran senilai AS$144,2 juta, pendapatan segmen galangan kapal senilai AS$21,2 juta, dan pendapatan lain-lain senilai AS$114 ribu. Kinerja laba bersih juga didukung oleh manajemen biaya yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan, sehingga segmen pelayaran dan galangan kapal memberikan kinerja profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi pada 2024. Marjin usaha berada pada posisi 18,5% untuk tahun buku 2024, dibandingkan dengan posisi 16,0% pada tahun buku 2023. Perseroan juga mencatat penurunan beban keuangan yang cukup signifikan pada tahun 2024 dibandingkan dengan tahun 2023. Beban keuangan menurun 17,2% pada 2024, seiring dengan pembayaran pinjaman kepada kreditur yang selalu dilakukan secara tepat waktu oleh Perseroan. Secara keseluruhan, Perseroan mencatat total liabilitas menurun 8,8% pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024, dibandingkan dengan total liabilitas pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023. Perseroan mencatat rasio total liabilitas terhadap total ekuitas berada pada posisi 0,51 kali pada akhir tahun 2024. Akuisisi Kapal Tanker Medium Range Pada tahun 2024, Perseroan merealisasikan pengakuisisian satu unit kapal tanker ukuran medium range. Kapal tanker tersebut memiliki kapasitas sebesar ±50.000 Dead Weight Tonnage (DWT) dan kapal telah memperoleh kontrak penyewaan dari pelanggan. Pada saat ini, Perseroan mengoperasikan sebanyak 31 unit kapal tanker dengan total kapasitas armada mencapai ±1,65 juta DWT. Armada tanker Perseroan mencakup berbagai variasi ukuran, mulai dari tanker VLCC (Very Large Crude Carrier) berkapasitas ±300.000 DWT, tanker aframax berkapasitas ±100.000 DWT, tanker medium range berkapasitas ±50.000 DWT, tanker general purpose berkapasitas sampai dengan ±10.000 DWT, dan tanker ukuran kecil dengan kapasitas di bawah 10.000 DWT. Ditopang oleh kontrak time charter, Perseroan mencatat utilisasi armada kapalnya berada pada tingkat rata-rata 86% untuk tahun buku 2024. berlokasi di Tanjung Balai Karimun, Kepulauan Riau. Galangan kapal memiliki kemampuan untuk
membangun kapal baru serta melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan kapal. Galangan kapal telah
tersertifikasi hijau atas fasilitas daur ulang kapal yang dimilikinya yang mana telah memenuhi standar
keselamatan dan aspek lingkungan sesuai dengan IMO Hong Kong Convention.

News Release – 25 March 2025 Soechi Lines Reports a Net Profit Growth of 92% in 2024 PT Soechi Lines Tbk (IDX Stock Code: SOCI) hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, reports a net profit growth of 92% in the financial year of 2024. Profit for the year was US$17.1 million in 2024, compared with profit for the year of US$8.9 million in 2023. Basic earnings per share attributable to owners of the parent entity were US$0.0024 in 2024, or equivalent to Rp38 per share using the exchange rate at the end of 2024 of Rp16,162/US$. Solid net profit growth by the Company was supported by strong revenues performance from both the shipping and shipyard segments. In 2024, the Company recorded shipping revenues of US$144.2 million, shipyard revenues of US$21.2 million, and other revenues of US$114 thousand. Net profit performance was also supported by proper cost management by the Company, and as the results both shipping and shipyard segments had provided higher profitability performance in 2024. Operating margin was reported at 18.5% for the financial year of 2024, compared with the margin of 16.0% in the financial year of 2023. The Company also recorded a significant decrease in finance costs in the financial year of 2024 compared with which in the financial year of 2023. Finance costs were 17.2% lower in 2024, as the Company always remained timely in making payments to its debt creditors. In total, the Company reports its total liabilities declined 8.8% as of December 31, 2024, compared with the total liabilities on December 31, 2023. The Company had the ratio of total liabilities to total equity at 0.51 time at the end of 2024. Medium Range Tanker Acquisition In 2024, the Company made an acquisition of a medium range tanker vessel. The tanker has a capacity of ±50,000 Dead Weight Tonnage (DWT) and the acquired tanker has secured a charter contract from customer. Currently, the Company operates a total of 31 units of tanker vessel with the total fleet capacity of ±1.65 million DWT. The Company's tanker fleet covers a variety of sizes, ranging from VLCC (Very Large Crude Carrier) tanker of which capacity of ±300,000 DWT, aframax tanker of ±100,000 DWT, medium range tanker of ±50,000 DWT, general purpose tanker with capacity up to ±10,000 DWT, and small tanker with capacity below 10,000 DWT. Supported by time charter contracts, the Company recorded an average fleet utilization at 86% during the financial year of 2024. Soechi Lines through its subsidiaries owns and operates tanker vessels in Indonesia, providing
shipping services for crude oil as well as oil and gas products. The Company's tanker vessels are
mainly chartered to oil & gas contractors which operate in Indonesia.
Soechi Lines through a subsidiary also owns and operates a shipyard located in Tanjung Balai
Karimun, Riau Islands. The shipyard has the capability to build new ship as well as offers ship repair
and maintenance. The shipyard is also certified with green ship recycling facility in compliance with
