berdasarkan hasil RUPS Tahunan BRI tanggal 24
Maret 2025, Bapak Hakim Putratama (Direktur
Operations and Customer Experience Perseroan)
diangkat menjadi Direktur Operations BRI.
2. Berdasarkan Pasal 15B UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2003
tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara sebagaimana telah
diubah beberapa kali terakhir dengan Undang-Undang
Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 jo. Pasal 15 ayat (1) huruf a POJK
Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola
Bagi Bank Umum diatur bahwa anggota Direksi

dilarang merangkap jabatan sebagai anggota Direksi
pada BUMN/Bank lain dan Pasal 67 ayat (5) Peraturan
Menteri BUMN Nomor PER-3/MBU/03/2023 tentang
Organ dan Sumber Daya Manusia BUMN diatur bahwa
masa jabatan anggota Direksi BUMN yang memangku
jabatan rangkap pada BUMN, berakhir sejak terjadinya
perangkapan jabatan dimaksud.
3. Menunjuk hasil RUPS Tahunan Tahun 2025 PT Bank
Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dan Permen BUMN
No. PER-3/MBU/03/2023 Pasal 67 ayat (5)
sebagaimana butir (1) dan (2) tersebut di atas, maka
jabatan yang bersangkutan pada Perseroan berakhir
efektif terhitung sejak tanggal 24 Maret 2025./
1. Mr. Hakim Putratama submitted a letter of Notification
of Appointment as Director of Operations of PT Bank
Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“BRI”) on March 24th,
2025 that based on the results of the BRI Annual GMS
on March 24th, 2025, Mr. Hakim Putratama (Director of
Operations and Customer Experience) was appointed
as Director of Operations of BRI.
2. 2. Based on Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-
Owned Enterprises as amended several times, most
recently by Law Number 1 of 2025 (“BUMN Law”)
Article 15B, members of the Board of Directors are
prohibited from holding concurrent positions as
members of the Board of Directors at other BUMNs
and Regulation of the Minister of BUMN No. PER-
3/MBU/03/2023 Article 67 paragraph (5) stipulates that
the term of office of members of the Board of Directors
of BUMN who hold concurrent positions at BUMNs
ends since the occurrence of the concurrent position in
question.
3. Referring to the results of the 2025 Annual GMS of PT
Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and BUMN
Ministerial Regulation No. PER-3/MBU/03/2023 Article
67 paragraph (5) as per points (1) and (2) above, the
position of the person concerned in the Company ends
effectively as of March 24th, 2025.

peraturan perundang-undangan, termasuk namun tidak
terbatas pada rangkap jabatan serta anggota Direksi
diangkat dan diberhentiikan oleh RUPS maka Perseroan
akan menyelenggarakan RUPS untuk mengukuhkan
berakhirnya masa jabatan Bapak Hakim Putratama
sebagai Direktur Operations and Customer Experience
Perseroan sehubungan dengan pengangkatannya
sebagai Direktur Operations BRI, pada tanggal 26 Maret
2025.
According to Company’s Articles of Association, the
Company is required to hold a GMS to decide on the
resignation of a Company’s Board of Directors member no
later than 90 (ninety) days after the notification letter of
Appointment Mr Hakim Putratama as Director of
Operations of BRI is received, so the approval of the
termination tenure of Mr Hakim Putratama from his
position as Director of Operations and Customer
Experience will be conducted at the Company’s GMS that
will be held on March, 26th 2025.
