Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Amandemen I Perjanjian Pinjam Meminjam (Amandemen I)
antara Perseroan dengan PT Satria Raksa Buminusa (SRB),
anak perusahaan yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak
langsung oleh Perseroan
Dalam Amandemen I ini, SRB sebagai Peminjam bermaksud
menambah fasilitas pinjaman dari Perseroan sebagai Pemberi
Pinjaman sebesar Rp 15.000.000.000,- (lima belas miliar
Rupiah) untuk membiayai pengeluaran operasional SRB dan
Perseroan menyetujui permohonan tersebut sehingga
mengubah Pasal 3 ayat 1 Perjanjian tentang Nilai Pinjaman
Maksimum menjadi Rp 40.000.000.000,- (empat puluh miliar
Rupiah). Tidak ada syarat dan ketentuan lain yang diubah
selain yang disebutkan di atas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Publik.

Description of Material Information or Amendment I of the Intercompany Loan Agreement
Facts (Amendment I) between the Company and PT Satria Raksa
Buminusa (SRB), a subsidiary whose entire shares are
indirectly owned by the Company.
In this Amendment I, SRB as the Borrower wishes to obtain an
additional loan facility in the maximum amount of IDR
15,000,000,000 (fifteen billion Indonesian Rupiah) to finance
SRBs operational expenditures and the Company agrees to
such proposal so that amend Article 3.1 of the Agreement on
the Maximum Loan Amount to IDR 40,000,000,000 (forty
billion Indonesian Rupiah). Except as mentioned above, all
other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
