Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa berdasarkan Akta Nomor 8 tanggal 24 Maret 2025
dihadapan Notaris Mira Ayu Raditya, S.H., M.Kn, PT Newport
Marine Services Tbk telah melakukan penandantangan
Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham dengan pemegang saham PT
Transpor Nusantara Line. Perseroan melakukan pembelian
Saham PT Transpor Nusantara Line sebanyak 50 (lima puluh)
saham dengan nilai seluruhnya sebesar Rp 50.000.000,- (lima
puluh juta Rupiah). Sehingga Perseroan telah memiliki 10%
(sepuluh persen) kepemilikan saham pada PT Transpor
Nusantara Line.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Facts Notary Mira Ayu Raditya, S.H., M.Kn., PT Newport Marine
Services Tbk has signed a Share Sale and Purchase
Agreement with a shareholder of PT Transpor Nusantara Line.
The company purchased 50 (fifty) shares of PT Transpor
Nusantara Line with a total value of Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million
Rupiah). This means that the company now owns 10% (ten
percent) of the shares in PT Transpor Nusantara Line.
Impact of event, material information or This transaction has no material impact on the operational,
facts towards Issuers or Public legal and business continuity of the Company.
