resignation from his position as President Commissioner
of Panin Sekuritas.

Bapak Mu'min Ali Gunawan mengundurkan diri dari

jabatan Presiden Komisaris Panin Sekuritas yang akan
berlaku efektif setelah mendapatkan persetujuan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan dan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham (“RUPS”) Panin Sekuritas.

Mr Mu'min Ali Gunawan has resigned from his position as
President Commissioner of Panin Sekuritas, such
resignation shall be deemed effective after obtaining the
approval of the Financial Services Authority and after
obtaining the approval of the General Meeting of
Shareholders ("GMS").

Setelah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan, Panin Sekuritas akan melaksanakan RUPS
dengan agenda:

(i) persetujuan pengunduran diri Bapak Mu'min Ali
Gunawan dari jabatan Presiden Komisaris Panin
Sekuritas: dan

(ii) pengangkatan Presiden Komisaris Panin Sekuritas
yang baru.

Subject to approval from the Financial Services Authority,
Panin Sekuritas shall convene a GMS with the following
agendas:

(ih the approval the resignation of Mr Mumin Ali
Gunawan as President Commissioner of Panin
Sekuritas, and

(ii) the appointment ofa new President Commissioners of
Panin Sekuritas.
