Facts | 3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Pada tanggal 29 Juni 2026, Perseroan menandatangani Material Perubahan Ketiga Perjanjian Fasilitas Pinjaman Description of Material | Berjangka Senior Nomor 22 tanggal 21 Desember 2023 dengan PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance sebagai Pemberi Pinjaman dan Perseroan sebagai Penerima Pinjaman (“Fasilitas Kredit”). Perubahan yang disepakati Para Pihak antara lain mengenai pembiayaan tambahan dari Pemberi Pinjaman kepada Perseroan dengan jumlah maksimum sebesar Rp.500.000.000.000,- (lima ratus miliar Rupiah). Fasilitas Kredit sebagaimana dimaksud termasuk perubahannya, dijamin dengan aset Perseroan. On June 29, 2026, the Company signed the Third Amendment of Senior Term Loan Facility Agreement No. 22 dated 21 December 2023 with PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance as the Lender and the Company as the Borrower (the “Credit Facility”). The amendments agreed upon by the Parties include, among others, the provision of additional financing by the Lender to the Company in a maximum amount of IDR 500,000,000,000 (five hundred billion Rupiah).
