Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 22.690 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham ITMG di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that ITMGDRCH5A is exercised on ITMG and the structured warrant holders
shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per ITMGDRCH5A) (if the said amount is greater than
zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 22.690 being the closing price of ITMG Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
