PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (“MSIN” atau “Perseroan”), grup konten dan hiburan digital terbesar di
Indonesia, dengan bangga mengumumkan masuknya Perseroan ke dalam FTSE Global Equity Index Small-Cap,
yang berlaku mulai hari ini, 24 Maret 2025.
Pencapaian ini menggambarkan posisi MSIN yang luar biasa dalam lanskap hiburan dan media digital. MSIN
dikenal dengan produksi dan distribusi kontennya yang tak tertandingi, menawarkan konten-konten terbaik di
semua genre dengan output produksi tahunan tertinggi, didukung oleh infrastruktur studio yang paling
terintegrasi dan terpadu, disebut Movieland. Selain itu, Perseroan memiliki banyak artis dibawah manajemennya
dan operasi media sosial yang terbesar, termasuk label musik dan publishing.
Sebagai grup hiburan digital terkemuka, MSIN mengoperasikan platform streaming OTT terbesar di Indonesia
(AVOD - RCTI+ dan SVOD - Vision+), melayani lebih dari 100 juta pengguna aktif, 3,3 juta pelanggan berbayar, dan
hampir 2,1 milyar putaran (plays). Dalam setahun terakhir saja, jumlah transaksi pada platform OTT MSIN telah
melonjak hampir lima kali lipat, meningkat dari 1,1 juta menjadi 5,4 juta transaksi. Pada tahun 2024, pendapatan
OTT dari iklan dan langganan telah berkontribusi sebesar 43% terhadap total pendapatan MSIN yang mencapai
Rp3,5 triliun.
Masuknya MSIN ke dalam FTSE Global Equity Index kategori Small-Cap ini menyoroti pertumbuhan dan
kepemimpinan MSIN yang berkelanjutan di sektor hiburan digital. Perseroan tetap berkomitmen untuk
