atas Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara,
yang merupakan pelaksanaan:
Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 15 Tahun 2025 tanggal 21 Maret 2025 tentang
Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia ke dalam Modal Saham
Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia untuk Pendirian
Holding Operasional.
Transfer of ownership of 15,477,117,519 Series B Shares or representing 80.00%
(eighty percent) of all shares issued and fully paid by the Company owned by the
Republic of Indonesia to PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) through an inbreng
process as a capital contribution from the Republic of Indonesia to PT Biro Klasifikasi
Indonesia (Persero) in the context of establishment of an Operational Holding as
reffered to in Article 4A of Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned
Enterprises as last amended by Law Number 1 of 2025 concerning The Third
Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises, which
is the implementation of:
Government Regulation No. 15 of 2025 dated March 21th 2025 concerning Addition
of State Capital Participation from the Republic of Indonesia into the share capital of
the State-Owned Company (Persero) PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia for the
establishment of an Operational Holding.
Sesuai dengan catatan dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang disusun
oleh PT BSR Indonesia, biro administrasi efek Perseroan per tanggal 24 Maret 2025
susunan pemegang saham Perseroan telah menjadi sebagai berikut:
