Description of Material Information or In connection with the Company's plan to conduct a Share
Facts Buyback amid significantly fluctuating market conditions, as
outlined in our previous letter to the OJK (attached), and in
accordance with Article 2(g) and Article 7 of POJK Number 13
of 2023, as well as POJK Number 29 of 2023, we hereby
submit a notification of the planned Share Buyback. The
buyback is scheduled to take place within a specific period to
help the performance of our shares in significantly fluctuating
