00002/BEI/03- 2020 tanggal 2 Maret 2020 perihal Tata Cara
Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama ini kami
sampaikan keterbukaan informasi sehubungan dengan
pelaksanaan MESOP II Perseroan sebagai berikut:
Periode Pelaksanaan:
30 hari bursa terhitung sejak tanggal 1 April 2025 sampai
dengan tanggal 23 Mei 2025.
Harga Pelaksanaan yang Telah Ditetapkan Sebelumnya:

Jumlah Hak Opsi yang Dikonversi Untuk Periode Pelaksanaan

Program, we hereby submit the disclosure of information
concerning the implementation of the Company MESOP II as
follows:

Pre-determined Exercise Price:

Total Options Converted during this Exercise Period:
The maximum options that can be converted during this
