On March 21, 2025, the Company has received the resignation
letters from Mr. Stephen Duffus Weiss from his position as the
Vice President Director of the Company. Mr. Stephen Duffus
Weiss will continue to serve as the advisor of Protelindo
Group.
Pengunduran diri Bapak Steven Duffus Weiss tersebut akan
dimintakan persetujuan dari pemegang saham Perseroan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang akan
diselenggarakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
The resignations of Mr. Stephen Duffus Weiss will be
submitted for the approval of Company’s shareholders at the
General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will
be held in accordance with the applicable regulations.
