Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan ini dibuat sehubungan dengan MESOP I yang
merujuk kepada Surat BEI No. S-00176/BEI.PP2/01-2025
tanggal 9 Januari 2025 tentang Persetujuan Pencatatan Efek
dalam Rangka MESOP Tahap I sebagaimana telah
diumumkan oleh BEI melalui Pengumuman Bursa melalui
laman www.idx.co.id. (Persetujuan Pra-Pencatatan).
Hasil MESOP I Tahun 2025 dengan periode pelaksanaan
terhitung sejak tanggal 3 Februari 2025 sampai dengan
tanggal 14 Maret 2025 (Periode Pelaksanaan) adalah sebagai
berikut:
a. Jumlah opsi yang telah dilaksanakan sebanyak
3.250.000 saham. Total persentase dilusi saham dari seluruh
pemegang saham Perseroan setelah pelaksanaan MESOP
adalah sebesar 0,00099%.
b. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan masih
berlaku sebanyak-banyaknya 3.750.000 saham.
c. Jumlah opsi yang belum dilaksanakan dan habis
masa berlakunya sebanyak 500.000 saham.
Pelaksanaan MESOP I Perseroan akan dilaksanakan sesuai
dengan tanggal vesting yang disepakati antara peserta and
Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or This disclosure is made in connection with the MESOP I,
Facts which refers to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Letter No.
S-0017/6BEI.PP/201-2025 dated January 9, 2025, regarding
the Approval of Securities Listing in the Framework of MESOP
Phase I, as announced by the IDX through the Stock
Exchange Announcement on www.idx.co.id (Pre - Listing
Approval)
The results of MESOP I of 2025 exercised for the period
starting from February, 3th 2025 to March, 14th 2025 (the
Exercise Period) are as follows :
a. The number of option that has been exercised is
3.250.000 shares. The total percentage of dilution of shares of
all shareholders of the Company after the implementation of
MESOP is 0,00099%.
b. The number of options that have not been
implemented and are still valid is a maximum amount of up to
3.750.000 shares.
c. The number of option that have not been exercised and
have expired is 500.000 shares.
The exercise of the Company MESOP I will be carried out in
accordance with the vesting date agreed between the
participant and the Company.
