Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Peraturan OJK Nomor 2/POJK.04/2013
tentang Pembelian Kembali Saham yang Dikeluarkan oleh
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dalam kondisi Pasar yang
Berfluktuasi secara Signifikan (POJK2/2013), bersama ini kami
sampaikan bahwa Perseroan akan melaksanakan
pengalihan/penjualan kembali saham hasil pembelian kembali
yang akan dilakukan di dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
dengan rincian informasi sebagai berikut :
1. Perseroan menunjuk PT Semesta Indovest Sekuritas
sebagai Anggota Bursa yang akan melakukan penjualan
kembali saham tersebut
2. Waktu pelaksanaan penjualan saham dimulai dari
tanggal 09 April 2025 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Mei 2025
3. Jumlah saham yang akan dijual kembali adalah
sebanyak 20.000.000 lembar saham
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perusahaan akan mendapatkan dana tambahan dari hasil
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penjualan Treasury Stock
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Companies in Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions
(POJK2/2013), we hereby inform you that the Company will
carry out the transfer/resale of shares from the buyback which
will be carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with
the following detailed information:
1. The Company appoints PT Semesta Indovest Sekuritas as
the Exchange Member that will carry out the share resale
2. The share sale implementation period starts from April 9,
2025 to May 31, 2025
3. The number of shares to be resold is 20,000,000 shares
