Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap III Tahun 2017 untuk periode tahun 2024. 2. Penentuan
sikap dan keputusan para Pemegang Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap III Tahun
2017 atas penjelasan dan usulan PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk sehubungan adanya
kelalaian dan/atau pelanggaran tidak dipenuhinya kewajiban pelunasan Pokok bertahap,
pembayaran Bunga Tunai ke-16 dan ke-17 Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap III Tahun
2017, serta kewajiban Pemeringkatan Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap III Tahun
2017 untuk periode tahun 2024.
