Explanation of More Than 2046 Changes in Total Assets and Total Liabilities of the Company Dear Sir/ Madam, The Company recorded an increase in total assets of USD631,798,242 (20.646) and total liabilities of USD409,034,035 (30.596), respectively, based on the Company's Annual Consolidated Statemenis of Financial Position as of December 31, 2024, compared to the Company's Consolidated Statements of Financial Position as of December 31, 2023. The increase in total assets was mainly due to development of assets in the technology sector.
