Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 20 Maret 2025, Perseroan dengan PT Seluma
Clean Energy (SCE), yang merupakan perusahaan terkendali
yang sahamnya dimiliki 99,9% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma
sembilan persen) oleh Perseroan, telah mendirikan suatu
entitas baru, yaitu PT Kalbar Bio Energi.
PT Kalbar Bio Energi (KBE) didirikan berdasarkan Akta
Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas PT Kalbar Bio Energi No. 07
tanggal 20 Maret 2025, yang dibuat di hadapan Didiek
Harianto, S.H, M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Tangerang.
Kegiatan usaha KBE adalah pembangkitan tenaga listrik
dengan Kode Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia
(KBLI) nomor 35111.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -

Facts Energy (SCE), which is a controlled company whose shares
are 99.9% (ninety-nine point nine percent) owned by the
Company, have established a new entity, i.e. PT Kalbar Bio
Energi.
PT Kalbar Bio Energi (KBE) was established based on the
Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company PT Kalbar
Bio Energi No. 07 dated 20 March 2025, which was made
before Didiek Harianto, S.H, M.Kn., Notary in Tangerang City.
KBE's business activity is electricity power generation with the
Indonesian Standard Business Field Classification (KBLI)
Code number 35111.
