Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Green Power Group Tbk (LABA) akan mengubah ruang
lingkup usahanya menjadi Holding pada Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham (RUPS) berikutnya, adapun beberapa aksi
yang akan dilakukan:
Perseroan akan menerbitan saham tambahan tidak lebih dari
6.000.000.000 (enam miliar) lembar saham. Total nilai
penerbitan saham tidak lebih dari Rp 900.000.000.000
(sembilan ratus miliar rupiah).
Dalam Right Issue ini, pemegang saham pengendali akan
memasukan aset yang mencakup tambang nikel dan gedung
perkantoran yang dimiliki PT Neopower Teknologi Indonesia
(NTI) dan menghimpun dana tunai.
Tujuan penerbitan saham:
Aset tersebut memiliki profitabilitas yang tinggi, Meningkatkan
nilai aset Perusahaan,Memperkuat kapasitas operasional
perusahaan.
Perseroan juga akan bekerja sama dengan beberapa profesi
penunjang untuk mengkaji dan melaksanakan proses
pembelian saham ini sesuai dengan mekanisme pasar modal.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Untuk saat ini rencana tersebut tidak menimbulkan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan yang material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan. Dampak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Kejadian, Informasi atau Fakta Material tetap merujuk pada
Perusahaan Publik peraturan dan prosedur yang berlaku pada saat akan
dilakukannya aktivitas tersebut.

Description of Material Information or PT Green Power Group Tbk (LABA) will change its business
Facts scope to Holding at the next General Meeting of Shareholders
(GMS), some actions will be taken:
The Company will issue additional shares of no more than
6.000.000.000 (six billion) shares. The total value of the share
issuance is no more than IDR 900.000.000.000 (nine hundred
billion rupiah).
In this Right Issue, the controlling shareholder will include
assets including nickel mines and office buildings owned by
PT. Neopower Teknologi Indonesia (NTI) and collect cash.
Purpose of share issuance:
The assets have high profitability, Increase the value of the
Company's assets, Strengthen the company's operational
capacity.
The Company will also work with several supporting
professions to review and implement the share purchase
process in accordance with the capital market mechanism.
