On 17 March 2025, the Company through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) has made the final principal and interest payment of Shelf Registration Bond I Phase V Year 2022 of PT Bussan Auto Finance. BAF 2. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Perseroan melalui PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) Material telah melakukan pelunasan pokok dan bunga terakhir Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahap V Tahun 2022 PT Bussan Auto Finance melalui sistem C-BEST ke sub-sub rekening dari pemegang rekening KSEI, dengan keterangan sebagai berikut: Kode Obligasi : BAFIO1ICNS Jumlah Pokok Obligasi : Rp775.000.000.000 Jumlah Bungake-12 : Rp11.431.250.000 Tingkat Bunga 15,904 Jangka Waktu 13 tahun Tanggal Terbit 117 Maret 2022 Tanggal Jatuh Tempo :17 Maret 2025 Dengan demikian, sejak tanggal 17 Maret 2025, maka efek tersebut tidak tercatat dan tidak dapat diperdagangkan lagi melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia.
