Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 17 Maret 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA),
anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang tergabung
dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, terus adaptif
melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam mendukung
pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan ke depan.
Langkah ini mencakup peningkatan kapasitas operasional,
optimalisasi proyek strategis, serta eksplorasi teknologi baru di
sektor energi. Berbagai pengembangan dilakukan, mulai dari
Pipeline Integrity Management, Well Production Improvement,
Fabrications, Idle Well Solutions, EV Ecosystems, hingga
Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage (CCUS).
Direktur Pengembangan Usaha Elnusa, Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo mengatakan "Saat ini, Elnusa sedang
mengembangkan teknologi dalam negeri untuk pembersihan
dan inspeksi pipa yang dikenal dengan proses pigging.
Pigging adalah proses peluncuran benda yang disebut
Pipeline Inspector Gauge (PIG) yang berfungsi untuk
membersihkan maupun inspeksi di dalam suatu sistem
perpipaan. Elnusa selalu meningkatkan kualitas baik dari sisi
produk maupun jasa pada setiap aktivitas Pigging, salah
satunya dengan membuat dan mengembangkan produk
pendukung yang digunakan yakni Foam PIG, sebagai material
dasar yang digunakan dalam proses pig cleaning atau
pembersihan pipa".
Selain itu, Elnusa juga tengah mengembangkan Binary Heat
Exchanger for Geothermal dan Inflow Control Device
(Downhole Flow Regulator), serta solusi Ecolift Hydraulic
Pumping Unit untuk optimalisasi sumur idle. Pengembangan
ini merupakan sinergi antar subholding Pertamina bersama PT
Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE). Komitmen terhadap
energi berkelanjutan juga ditunjukkan dengan pengembangan
Battery Charging Station dalam ekosistem kendaraan listrik
(EV Ecosystems) serta implementasi teknologi Carbon
Capture Utilization & Storage (CCUS) untuk mendukung
transisi energi.
Dalam aspek Pipeline Integrity Management, Elnusa
mengembangkan In-Line Inspection Services untuk
memastikan keandalan dan keselamatan jaringan pipa.
Sementara itu, di bidang Well Production Improvement, Elnusa
menghadirkan inovasi seperti Pertasolvent, Hydraulic Dilation
Water Pumping, dan Automatic Well Performance Analyzer
guna meningkatkan efisiensi serta optimasi produksi sumur
migas.
Arief menambahkan, langkah pengembangan bisnis ini
merupakan bentuk komitmen Elnusa dalam mendukung
ketahanan energi nasional. "Kami terus mengakselerasi
pengembangan bisnis melalui inovasi yang tidak hanya
meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga berkontribusi
pada ketahanan energi nasional dan keberlanjutan industri.
Dengan strategi yang terarah, Elnusa siap menghadapi
tantangan industri energi di masa depan," kata Arief.
Sebagai bentuk komitmen terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis
berkelanjutan, pada tahun 2025, Elnusa mengalokasikan
belanja modal (capital expenditure/capex) sebesar Rp 594
miliar yang difokuskan untuk memperkuat segmen utama
bisnis. Dari total alokasi tersebut, sebesar 56,4%
diperuntukkan bagi Upstream & Support Services, 30,3%

dialokasikan ke Energy Distribution & Logistics, serta 13,3%
digunakan untuk Non-Project dan New Business
Development.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, March 17, 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA),
Facts a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under
Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, continues to adapt through
development and innovation to support the company's future
business growth.
This initiative includes increasing operational capacity,
optimizing strategic projects, and exploring new technologies
in the energy sector. Various developments are being carried
out, including Pipeline Integrity Management, Well Production
Improvement, Fabrications, Idle Well Solutions, EV
Ecosystems, and Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage
(CCUS).
Elnusa's Director of Business Development, Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo, stated, "Elnusa is currently developing domestic
technology for pipeline cleaning and inspection, known as the
pigging process. Pigging involves launching a device called
the Pipeline Inspector Gauge (PIG), which functions to clean
and inspect a pipeline system. Elnusa continuously enhances
both product and service quality in every pigging activity, one
of which includes developing and manufacturing a supporting
product called Foam PIG, a key material used in the pig
cleaning or pipeline cleaning process."
Furthermore, Elnusa is also developing the Binary Heat
Exchanger for Geothermal and Inflow Control Device
(Downhole Flow Regulator), as well as the Ecolift Hydraulic
Pumping Unit solution for optimizing idle wells. This
development is a synergy between Pertamina's subholdings, in
collaboration with PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE).
Elnusa's commitment to sustainable energy is also
demonstrated through the development of Battery Charging
Stations within the EV Ecosystem and the implementation of
Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage (CCUS) technology to
support the energy transition.
In Pipeline Integrity Management, Elnusa is developing In-Line
Inspection Services to ensure pipeline network reliability and
safety. Meanwhile, in Well Production Improvement, Elnusa
introduces innovations such as Pertasolvent, Hydraulic Dilation
Water Pumping, and the Automatic Well Performance Analyzer
to enhance efficiency and optimize oil and gas well production.
Arief added that this business development initiative reflects
Elnusa's commitment to supporting national energy resilience.

also contribute to national energy security and industry
sustainability. With a well-directed strategy, Elnusa is prepared

As part of its commitment to sustainable business growth, in
2025, Elnusa has allocated capital expenditure (capex) of IDR
594 billion, focusing on strengthening its core business
segments. Of the total allocation 56.4% is designated for
Upstream & Support Services, 30.3% is allocated to Energy
Distribution & Logistics, 13.3% is dedicated to Non-Project and
New Business Development.
