Number 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers
or Public Companies ("POJK 33/2014"), the Company hereby submits an information disclosure that
on March 17, 2025, the Company has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Eng Heng Nee Philip
from his position as Commissioner of the Company.
Thus we convey this information disclosure.
