Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material    Sehubungan dengan Permohonan PKPU yang diajukan
                                        melalui Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
                                        Pusat dengan Nomor Perkara 2/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN
                                        Niaga Jkt.Pst (Permohonan PKPU), Majelis Hakim PKPU yang
                                        diketuai oleh Yusuf Pranowo S.H., M.H., pada persidangan
                                        yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Februari 2025 telah
                                        mengeluarkan putusan atas Permohonan PKPU tersebut.

                                        Berdasarkan salinan resmi Putusan Perkara Nomor
                                        02/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga Jkt Pst yang diterima oleh
                                        Perseroan pada tanggal 13 Maret 2025 (Putusan), Majelis
                                        Hakim Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
                                        Pusat memutuskan menolak permohonan dari Harmas.
                                        Putusan tersebut didasarkan pada pertimbangan-
                                        pertimbangan utama, antara lain:

                                        Tidak terpenuhinya syarat pembuktian sederhana: Majelis
                                        Hakim menyatakan bahwa syarat pembuktian secara
                                        sederhana tidak terpenuhi, mengingat masih terdapat
                                        sengketa perdata yang berjalan antara Perseroan dan Harmas
                                        di Mahkamah Agung.

                                        Jumlah Kreditur yang tidak memenuhi syarat: Majelis Hakim
                                        mencatat bahwa Harmas tidak memenuhi syarat minimal dua
                                        Kreditur, karena tidak menghadirkan kreditur lain selama
                                        proses pembuktian.

                                        Pertimbangan Majelis Hakim tersebut pada dasarnya sejalan
                                        dengan keberatan dan argumentasi yang telah diajukan oleh
                                        Perseroan selama proses persidangan.

                                        Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, Perseroan
                                        menyampaikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada Majelis
                                        Hakim yang telah menjalankan proses persidangan secara
                                        adil, sehingga menghasilkan putusan yang memberikan
                                        keadilan dan kepastian hukum bagi Perseroan. Putusan ini
                                        tidak hanya memperkuat posisi hukum Perseroan tetapi juga
                                        menegakkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan kepastian hukum.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta   Dengan Putusan tersebut, status Permohonan PKPU terhadap

                                        pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan, mitra usaha, dan
                                        pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Oleh karenanya, baik
                                        Permohonan PKPU maupun Putusan, tidak memiliki dampak
                                        yang material terhadap kinerja operasional dan keuangan
                                        Perseroan.

                                              Material legal dispute of Company, and Board of Directors and

 Description of Material Information or       In connection with the PKPU Petition filed through the
 Facts                                        Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court with
                                              Case Number 2/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst (PKPU
                                              Petition), the PKPU Panel of Judges, chaired by Yusuf
                                              Pranowo, S.H., M.H., on the hearing held on February 25,
                                              2025, issued a ruling on the PKPU Petition.

                                              Based on the official copy of Case Decision Number
                                              02/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga Jkt Pst received by the
                                              Company on March 13, 2025 (Decision), the Panel of Judges
                                              of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court
                                              ruled to reject the petition of Harmas. The decision was based
                                              on key considerations, including the following:

                                              Failure to meet the simple proof requirement: The Panel of
                                              Judges stated that the simple proof requirement was not met,
                                              considering that there is still an ongoing civil dispute between
                                              the Company and Harmas at the Supreme Court.

                                              Insufficient number of Creditors: The Panel of Judges noted
                                              that Harmas did not meet the minimum requirement of two
                                              Creditors, as no other creditors were presented during the
                                              evidentiary process.

                                              These considerations of the Panel of Judges are essentially in
                                              line with the objections and arguments presented by the
                                              Company during the trial process.

                                              In connection with the above, the Company expresses its
                                              highest appreciation to the Panel of Judges who have
                                              conducted the trial process fairly, resulting in a decision that
                                              provides justice and legal certainty for the Company. This
                                              Decision not only strengthens the Companys legal position but
                                              also upholds the principles of justice and legal certainty.

 Impact of event, material information or      By virtue of the aforementioned Decision, the status of the
