Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan ini kami sampaikan penjelasan mengenai perubahan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Total Aktiva dan Kewajiban Perusahaan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang lebih dari 20 % sebagai berikut :

c) Penurunan atas Persediaan sebesar Rp 71.515 Milyar
d) Penurunan atas Uang Muka sebsar Rp 21.023 Milyar
e) Penurunan atas Aset Hak Guna sebesar Rp 716 Juta
2. Telah terjadi kenaikan kerugian yang belum ditentukan
Penggunaanya sebesar Rp 123,657
Milyar sehingga mengalami pengurangan yang cukup besar
terhadap modal perusahaan.
Adapun yang menjadi penyebab terjadi kenaikan Kerugian nya
disebabkan oleh Manajemen
melakukan keputusan untuk Restatement (penyajian kembali)
laporan keuangan
konsolidasian dari tahun Buku 31 Desember 2018. Dengan
demikian terjadi perubahan saldo
yang cukup besar dan menambah saldo Rugi Berjalan dan
mengakibatkan terjadinya
pengurangan Modal Perusahaan.

Facts Assets and Total Liabilities items in the Financial Statements
of PT. Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk for the financial year ended
December 31, 2022
Impact of event, material information or We hereby provide an explanation regarding the changes in
facts towards Issuers or Public the Company's Total Assets and Liabilities of more than 20%
Company’s operational activities, legal, as follows:
financial condition, or going concern 1. There has been a decrease in the amount of Assets of Rp.
88.672 billion on December 31, 2022
compared to December 31, 2021. The decrease in the amount
was largely due to:
a) A decrease in Third Party Receivables of Rp. 828 million
b) A decrease in Related Party Receivables of Rp. 1,541
billion
c) A decrease in Inventory of Rp. 71.515 billion
d) A decrease in Down Payments of Rp. 21.023 billion
e) A decrease in Right of Use Assets of Rp. 716 million
2. There has been an increase in losses whose use has not
been determined by Rp. 123.657 billion, resulting in a
significant reduction in the company's capital. The cause of the
increase in losses was due to Management's decision to
Restate the consolidated financial statements from the fiscal
year of December 31, 2018. Thus, there was a significant
change in the balance and increased the Current Loss balance
and resulted in a reduction in the Company's Capital.
