KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI ATAS RENCANA PENGALIHAN SAHAM HASIL PEMBELIAN KEMBALI PT SARIGUNA PRIMATIRTA TBK Direksi PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (“Perseroan”) dengan ini mengumumkan bahwa Perseroan bermaksud — untuk menjual/mengalihkan seluruh Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali sebanyak 40.012.400 (empat puluh juta dua belas ribu empat ratus) saham (“Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali”). Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 35 ayat (1) POJK 29/2023, Perseroan wajib mengumumkan keterbukaan informasi kepada masyarakat dan menyampaikan dokumen pendukungnya kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan paling lambat 5 (lima) hari kerja sebelum mulainya periode pelaksanaan penjualan Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali. Dengan demikian, Perseroan bermaksud untuk menjual/mengalihkan Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali yang akan dilakukan di luar Bursa Efek melalui pasar negosiasi berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 36 POJK 29/2023, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: t a Tanobel DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON THE SHARES TRANSFER PLAN OF SHARES BUYBACK RESULTS PT SARIGUNA PRIMATIRTA TBK The Board of Directors of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company intends to sellftransfer the Buyback Shares amounting to 40.012.400 (forty million twelve thousand four hundred) shares of the Company (the “Buyback Shares”). In accordance with the provisions of Article 35 paragraph (1) of POIK 29/2023, the Company is obliged to announce information disclosure to the public and submit supporting documents to the Financial Services Authority no later than 5 (five) working days before the start of the implementation period of the sale of Buyback Shares. Thus, the Company intends to sellftransfer the Buyback Shares which will be carried out outside the Stock Exchange through the negotiation market based on the provisions of Article 36 of POJK 29/2023, with details as follows:
