Perusahaan Publik, dan (iii) Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang

Material Information or Facts Bapak Prof. Bambang Permadi Soemantri
Brodjonegoro S.E., M.U.P., Ph.D., dari
jabatannya sebagai Komisaris Utama dan
Komisaris Independen Perseroan. Pengunduran
diri tersebut akan efektif pada tanggal 31 Maret
2025. Pengunduran diri ini sehubungan dengan
penunjukan / pelantikan Bapak Prof. Bambang
Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro S.E., M.U.P.,
Ph.D sebagai Dekan Asian Development Bank
Institute (ADBI).
Selanjutnya Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham untuk memenuhi
ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan
Peraturan OJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 Tahun
2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. /
On March 13th, 2025, the Company has received
a resignation letter of Mr. Prof. Bambang
Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro S.E., M.U.P.,
Ph.D. from his position as President
Commissioner and Independent Commissioners
of the Company. The resignation will be effective
as of March 31, 2025. This resignation is in
connection with the appointment of Mr. Prof.
Bambang Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro,
S.E., M.U.P., Ph.D., as the Dean of the Asian
Development Bank Institute (ADBI).
The Company will hold a General Meeting of
Shareholders to comply with the Company’s
Articles of Association and OJK Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014 Year 2014 concerning the
Board of Directors and the Board of
Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies.
