South Brisbane, Australia.

Pendirian Grup Moura Materials sebagai perusahaan sub-
holding untuk menunjang rencana strategi jangka panjang
Perseroan.

PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”), a subsidiary
whose 99.995 of its shares are owned by the Company, has
established, directly and indirectly, 4 (four) new subsidiaries
pursuant to laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. The four
new subsidiaries are as follows:

e Moura Materials HoldCo Pty Ltd,

» Moura Materials MidCo Pty Ltd,

e Moura Materials BidCo Pty Ltd, and

» Moura Materials Services Pty Ltd
(collectively referred to as the “Moura Materials Group”).
Moura Material Group are all domiciled in South Brisbane,
Australia.

The establishment of Moura Materials Group as a sub-
holding company aims to support the Company's long-term
strategy plan.
