Sampai saat ini Perusahaan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. 2. Hingga saat ini Perusahaan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi point III.2.1 dan IV.2.1 Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01- 2021. Re: Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility Dear Sir/Madam, In connection with the Letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S-02269/BEI.PP2/03-2025 that we received on March 12, 2025 regarding Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility, we hereby provide the following explanation: 1. Until now, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or the investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies. 2. Sampai saat ini Perusahaan belum 5. memiliki rencana untuk melakukan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. Until now, the Company is not aware of any activity of certain shareholders as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Report on Shareholding or Changes to Public Company Shareholding. To date, the Company has no plan to perform any corporation in the near future, including a corporation plan that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange.
