I Made Bagus Tirthayatra At Location Re: Explanation of Changes in Assets and Liabilities of More than 205 for Audited Financial Statements 2024 Dear Sirs or Madams, With this letter and to fulfill the reguirements of the annual financial report explanation, we inform you that Assets and Liabilities for the 2024 financial year have decreased by approximately 454 and 566 respectively from the 2023 financial year. The reduction in assets and liabilities of more than 204 is due to the disposal of a subsidiary in December 2024 with the sale of 7096 of PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators shares.
