who will attend the Company's Public Expose online must register via the Ms Teams link
above.

This Public Expose will be attended by members of the Company's Board of Directors and
management. The Public Expose materials will be submitted to IDX no later than three (3)
trading days before the event.

Attached we also provide the rules for the Public Expose as a guidance.

GUIDELINES AND RULES FOR THE PUBLIC EXPOSE

1. The Company's Public Expose will be held on:

Time 114.00 — 17.00 WIB

2. The Company's Public Expose will be conducted in hybrid at Ruang Melati, Wisma
Indocement, and via Microsoft Teams.

3. Participants attending the Company's Public Expose online can join by register (name, email,
and name of institution/media/company) via the provided link.

The participant guota for the online Public Expose is 900 people. Access to join the meeting
will be closed 15 (fifteen) minutes right after the event starts. Please ensure that your internet
connection is adeguate and stable to participate in this Public Expose. Your internet speed
may affect the guality of your video streaming.

Participants attending the Company's Public Expose in person at Ruang Melati, Wisma
Indocement are reguested to arrive no later than 13:45 WIB.

During the Public Expose, please turn off all communication devices or set them to silent
mode to avoid disrupting the event.

Participants attending in person may ask guestions directly during the YA session. Online
participants can submit their guestions via the chat box in Microsoft Teams using the format:
(Name Institution Ouestion).

Selected guestions will be answered by the Company's Management during the Public
Expose.
