Summary of the Q&A Session
The following are the questions asked by participants and the answers given by management in this
public expose that include both questions that were directly asked onsite and questions that were
electronically submitted via Microsoft Teams :
1. Bapak Hendro – Individual Investor
Question:
What level of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is comfortable for the Company, because it seems
there is a tendency for it to increase and the last one stood at 82.7%? What percentage is
ideal for the Company considering recent credit growth, declining third party funds, a Non-
Performing Loan (NPL) ratio that is above 1, and considering the Net Interest Margin (NIM)
which seems to be decreasing to 4.3%?
Answer:
Answered by Rudy Basyir Ahmad – Finance and Sharia Business Unit Director
Based on available guidelines and OJK Regulation (POJK), an optimal LDR for a bank is
considered to range between 84% to 94%. Meanwhile, from Permata Bank's side, we are
targeting LDR to range between 82% to 84%, which we think is quite optimal, and is in
accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Bapak Marsel – Individual Investor
Question:
In the next 3 (three) months, can you explain what corporate actions will be carried out by
Permata Bank?
Answer:
Answered by Rudy Basyir Ahmad – Finance and Sharia Business Unit Director
Permata Bank will continue to assess opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth.
Regarding Permata Bank's plan to take corporate actions in the near future, we can convey
that as a Public Company that also operates in the financial services sector that is regulated
and supervised by the OJK, Permata Bank is committed to always comply with prevailing
laws and regulations, including fulfilling the obligation to submit information disclosure to the
public in a timely manner as required by POJK, Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulations, and
other related regulations.
3. Bapak Prasetya - Samuel Sekuritas
Question:
- Guidance and 2025 outlook for loan growth, NIM and COC?
- With the new company logo, what is the company’s loan target moving forward and
what will be the focus for Permata Bank?
Page 4
- Considering the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) level is already above 30%, what will the
Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) be in the future? Will there be an increase?
Answer:
Answered by Meliza Musa Rusli – President Director
Our momentum in 2024 with this rebranding – we do want to provide integration in our focus
from the distribution side of all our products and services, in line with Bangkok Bank's
guidance as a Regional Bank. With this guidance, we hope that our credit distribution growth
will be in line with the industry’s. As seen earlier in our presentation, we have reached close
to industry level in 2024.
Moving forward, we will continue to move in line with the industry, with a focus on
investment, term loans and also on the working capital side. Aside from that, we will also
focus on several main sectors in Indonesia in line with government policies. There are several
strategic areas / industries that are currently our focus. This will be in line with the
distribution of the loan itself.
Finally, regarding our strategy post-rebranding, I would like to highlight that with Bangkok
Bank’s International Branch Network, Permata Bank is connected in terms of referrals with
more than 1,000 Bangkok bank branches in the world. In addition to the 800 branches in
Thailand, Bangkok Bank also has branches in more than 13 countries outside of Thailand and
Indonesia. This makes us confident in providing products and services that are more
integrated with Bangkok Bank.
Answer:
Answered by Rudy Basyir Ahmad - Finance and Sharia Business Unit Director
For credit and third party funds growth, we will continue to align with the growth of the
industry. Mr. Josua has explained the industry growth in 2025, including in terms of third
party funds and credit growth.
In regards to NIM (Net Interest Margin) - in 2024, we observed that our strategy to implement
pricing discipline is quite good for the Bank's performance and in maintaining revenue
growth. Thus, one of the things that the Bank will continue to do is implement pricing
discipline to maintain NIM. That will be our first strategy. Second, we will also continue to
apply balance sheet optimization where we will look at productive assets that can maintain
the Bank's NIM contribution.
In terms of Cost of Credit (COC), in 2024, overall NPL also decreased, and LAR also
improved, in line with the Bank's prudent principles in credit distribution. This will continue to
be implemented by the Bank in 2025.

In terms of dividends, we will always consider a dividend policy that balances between
providing value to shareholders and maintaining strong capital. For this year's dividend, we
will announce it at the next GMS.
Thus we submit this report. Thank you for your attention.
