3. Uraian Informasi atau Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan
Fakta Material dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi I Merdeka
Battery Materials 2024 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada 10 April
2025 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,50% (tujuh koma lima
nol persen) per tahun.
Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 10 April 2025.
We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the
Description of Material payment of the principal and fourth interest of Bond I Merdeka Battery
Information or Facts Materials I Year 2024 Series A which will be matured on 10 April 2025
with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.50% (seven point five zero
per cent) per year.
The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) before 10 April 2025.
