Chandra Asri Group Distributes Operational Boat Aid for Disaster Management to
                     DKI Jakarta Provincial Government

Jakarta, March 11, 2025 – PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), a leading provider
of energy, chemical, and infrastructure solutions in Southeast Asia, has provided operational
boats to the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta as part of its flood relief assistance efforts.
Chandra Asri Group handed over 20 boat units along with supporting equipment, including 40
paddles and 80 life jackets, to aid disaster relief operations. The donation was presented by the
President Director & CEO of Chandra Asri Group, Erwin Ciputra, accompanied by the Director of
Legal & External Affairs, Edi Rivai, to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to support the
operations of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in the DKI Jakarta area.

The boats are made from Asrene UR3840V LLDPE, one of Chandra Asri Group's flagship
products. Asrene UR3840V is a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) that is highly resistant
to impact, corrosion, and extreme weather conditions, making it ideal for manufacturing rescue
boats. This material ensures optimal protection and enhanced durability.

President Director & CEO of Chandra Asri Group, Erwin Ciputra, stated, “This support is part
of Chandra Asri Group's commitment to disaster response by providing essential facilities. As a
Growth Partner, we hope this aid will optimize and accelerate evacuation and disaster
management efforts in affected areas, particularly in DKI Jakarta. We also hope that Chandra Asri
Group’s synergy in disaster management will help affected communities and facilitate smooth
rescue operations.” said Erwin.

Governor of DKI Jakarta, Dr. Ir. Pramono Anung Wibowo, M.M., expressed his appreciation
for the support provided by Chandra Asri Group. “I would like to thank Chandra Asri Group for
donating 20 rescue boats and other safety equipment. I immediately welcomed the offer of this
assistance. The latest incident of a three-year-old child being swept away during an evacuation
has deeply stayed in my mind. Therefore, when Chandra Asri Group offered to provide assistance,
we gladly accepted it,” said Governor Pramono.

Governor Pramono also added that the type of boat provided is different from those currently
available. These boats are made of Polyethylene (PE), which is expected to optimize the
evacuation operations carried out by BPBD DKI Jakarta.

Chandra Asri Group’s collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Government reflects its commitment to
community welfare, particularly in DKI Jakarta. Previously, the company partnered with the
Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives,
such as supporting the establishment of the Jakarta Recycling Center in Pesanggrahan, providing

medical waste bags during the COVID-19 pandemic, and supplying oxygen to assist communities
during the crisis.

Through product innovation and cooperation with various stakeholders, Chandra Asri Group
remains committed to delivering sustainable solutions that provide tangible benefits to society and
the environment.
