Indonesia, berikut ini kami sampaikan Bahwa sejak tanggal 26
Juni 2026, KDTN tidak lagi memiliki Perjanjian secara
langsung dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengoperasian Hotel
Swiss-Belexpress di Rest Area KM 166 Tol Cipali, Rest Area
KM 164 Tol Cipali, Rest Area KM 260B Tol Pejagan -
Pemalang dan Rest Area KM 379A Tol Batang - Semarang
dengan PT Swiss-Belhotel International Indonesia. Saat ini,
KDTN telah mengalihkan perjanjian tersebut kepada PT
Hikmah Bersama Sentosa.
Pengalihan perjanjian ini bertujuan untuk lebih meningkatkan
kinerja operasional maupun keuangan Xpress Hotel perseroan
yang berlokasi di rest area.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pengalihan perjanjian ini tidak memiliki dampak terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, dampak hukum, kondisi keuangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perseroan, juga tidak mempengaruhi kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.

Notice of Transfer of the Management and Operation
Type of Material Information or Facts Agreement for the Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area Hotel
Description of Material Information or In accordance with the obligations regarding information
Facts disclosure and the submission of material information by
Issuers or Public Companies to the Financial Services
Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange, we hereby state:
Effective June 26, 2026, KDTN no longer has a direct
agreement with PT Swiss-Belhotel International Indonesia
regarding the management and operation of the Swiss-
Belexpress Hotels at the KM 166 Rest Area on the Cipali Toll
Road, the KM 164 Rest Area on the Cipali Toll Road, the KM
260B Rest Area on the Pejagan-Pemalang Toll Road, and the
KM 379A Rest Area on the Batang-Semarang Toll Road.
Currently, KDTN has transferred these agreements to PT
Hikmah Bersama Sentosa.
This transfer of agreements aims to further improve the
operational and financial performance of the companys Xpress
Hotels located at rest areas.
Impact of event, material information or The assignment of this agreement has no impact on
facts towards Issuers or Public operational activities, legal matters, or the Company's financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition, nor does it affect the business continuity of the
financial condition, or going concern Issuer or Public Company.
