Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 10 Maret 2025 - PT Volta Indonesia Semesta (Volta),
entitas anak PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), MCASH
Group, meluncurkan program motor listrik terbarunya yaitu
Volta-R (Rent to Own), yang menawarkan sistem sewa baterai
guna memudahkan konsumen untuk mendapatkan motor
listrik berkualitas dengan harga lebih terjangkau. Inovasi
terbaru ini memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin
memiliki motor listrik tanpa perlu mengeluarkan dana besar di
awal.
Volta memahami bahwa biaya awal menjadi kendala bagi
sebagian orang dalam beralih ke kendaraan ramah
lingkungan. Dengan sistem sewa baterai, konsumen tidak
perlu membayar harga penuh di depan, melainkan secara
bulanan. Keuntungan lain yang ditawarkan adalah, baterai
dapat dimiliki sepenuhnya setelah 3 tahun masa sewa,
sehingga lebih terjangkau dan bermanfaat dalam jangka
panjang. Dengan ini, Volta menjawab tantangan harga motor
listrik yang menjadi pertimbangan utama bagi masyarakat,
ketika ingin beralih memiliki kendaraan ramah lingkungan.
Motor listrik Volta dilengkapi dengan baterai Lithium generasi
terbaru, LiFePO4, yang dikenal lebih tahan lama dan efisien.
Selain itu, baterai pada motor Volta bersifat fleksibel. Dengan
menyediakan home charger, pelanggan dapat melepas baterai
dan mengisi daya di mana saja. Hal ini memberi kemudahan
lebih bagi konsumen yang membutuhkan kenyamanan dan
kepraktisan.
Volta juga memberikan dukungan purna jual yang solid,
termasuk garansi produk dan layanan after-sales yang dapat
diandalkan. Dengan lebih dari 400 titik Stasiun Cas Baterai
yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, konsumen dapat merasa
tenang dan nyaman menggunakan motor listrik Volta di
berbagai daerah.

berkualitas. Adapun selama masa promosi, Volta memberikan
free 1 tahun (bebas biaya sewa baterai) untuk 100 penyewa
pertama.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, March 10, 2025 - PT Volta Indonesia Semesta (Volta),
Facts a subsidiary of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), MCASH
Group, has launched its latest electric motorcycle program,
Volta-R (Rent-to-Own)" featuring a battery rental system that
allows consumers to own a high-quality electric motorcycle at a
more accessible price. This innovation offers a solution for
individuals who want to own an electric motorcycle without the
significant upfront investment.
Volta understands that high initial costs can be a barrier for
some people when transitioning to eco-friendly vehicles. With
the battery rental system, consumers do not have to pay the
full price of the battery upfront, rather on a monthly basis.
Additionally, after a three-year rental period, the battery
ownership will be transferred to the consumer, making the
payments easier and more beneficial in the long run. Through
this initiative, Volta addresses the cost challenges that often
influence consumer decisions when considering electric
vehicle ownership.
Volta electric motorcycles are equipped with the latest
generation of Lithium battery technology, LiFePO4, which is
known for its durability and efficiency. Moreover, Voltas
batteries offer flexibility. With the provided home charger, the
batteries can be charged anywhere without needing to be
connected to the motorcycle, providing greater convenience
for those who value practicality.
Volta also provides strong after-sales support, including
product warranties and reliable customer service. With over
400 Battery Charging Stations spread across Indonesia,
consumers can confidently use their Volta electric motorcycles,
knowing that they have convenient access to battery charging
stations.
