(“Perseroan”) menyampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20Y6 pada pos Total Aset dan Total Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan yang telah diaudit periode 1 Januari 2024 — 31 Desember 2024, dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut: Total Aset Perseroan Total Aset Perseroan pada akhir 31 Desember 2024 dibukukan sebesar Rp 637.383.120.724 sedangkan pada akhir periode 31 Desember 2023 Perseroan membukukan Total Aset sebesar Rp 560.353.325.935. Total Aset Perseroan pada akhir 31 Desember 2024 mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 77.029.794.789 atau naik 13,75”o dibandingkan Total Aset Perseroan pada akhir periode 31 Desember 2023.

Total Liabilitas Perseroan pada akhir 31 Desember 2024 mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 41.664.839.718 atau naik 25,65/ dibandingkan Total Liabilitas Perseroan pada periode 31 Desember 2023. Peningkatan ini terjadi karena penambahan pinjaman pada PT Bank Woori Saudara Tbk. (Bank Woori Saudara) berdasarkan akta Perjanjian kredit No. 34 tanggal 19 Februari 2024 dan Akta Perjanjian Kredit No. 2 tanggal 2 Oktober 2024 yang disahkan oleh Notaris Adeline Wijaya, S.H., M.Kn. The Company's Total Assets at the end of December 31st, 2024 experienced an increase of Rp 77,029,794,789 or an increase of 13.75 compared to the Company's Total Assets at the end of December 3151, 2023. Total Company's Liabilities The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of December 31"', 2024 were recorded at Rp 204,086,954,705 while at the end of December 31"t, 2023 the Company recorded a Total Liabilities of Rp 162,422,114,987. The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of December 31"', 2024 increase by Rp 41,664,839,718 or increase by 25.65Yo compared to the Company's Total Liabilities in the period of December 317', 2023. The increase in liabilities was due to the addition of loans to PT Bank Woori Saudara Tbk. (Bank Woori Saudara) based on Credit Agreement Deed No. 34 dated February 19, 2024, and Credit Agreement Deed No. 2 dated October 2, 2024, both of which were approved by notary Adeline Wijaya, S.H., M.Kn.
