Jenis Informasi atau Fakta | Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Kedua Belas dari Material Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun Type of Material Information or Facts 2022 Seri B (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK 31/2015. Repayment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2022 Series B (“Bonds”) is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) OJK Regulation 31/2015. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah melaksanakan pelunasan Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Obligasi Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 8 Maret 2025 tersebut terdiri dari: a. Pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp2.041.000.000.000 (dua triliun empat puluh satu miliar Rupiah), dan b. Bunga Kedua Belas Obligasi sebesar Rp39.799.500.000 (tiga puluh sembilan miliar tujuh ratus sembilan puluh sembilan juta lima ratus ribu Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Obligasi Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp2.080.799.500.000 (dua triliun delapan puluh miliar tujuh ratus sembilan puluh sembilan juta lima ratus ribu Rupiah) Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran dana kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan) pada tanggal 6 Maret 2025 yang akan dibayarkan oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia kepada para pemegang Obligasi pada tanggal 10 Maret 2025. 3. Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar bunga kedua belas Obligasi berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap II Tahun 2025 dan kas internal Perseroan. 4. Tujuan Transaksi Tujuan dilaksanakannya transaksi tersebut adalah agar Perseroan dapat melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga kedua belas dari Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo tersebut.

Amountof Bonds: The total amount of Bonds that matured on 8 March 2025 consists of the following composition: a. Principal Amount of Bonds in the amount of IDR2.041.000.000.000 (two trillion forty-one billion Rupiah), and Twelfth Bonds' Interest in the amount of IDR 39,799,500,000 (thirty nine billion seven hundred ninety nine million five hundred thousand Rupiah). Total of Bonds' Repayment The total repayment of principal and twelfth interest of Bonds is in the amount of IDR2,080,799,500,000 (two trillion eighty billion seven hundred ninety nine million five hundred thousand Rupiah). The Company has made a deposit of funds to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Paying Agent appointed by the Company) on 6 March 2025 which will be paid by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia to the bondholders on 10 March 2025. . Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal and twelfth interest of Bonds was derived from the fund received by the Company from the result of issuance of Shelf Bonds V Merdeka Copper Gold Phase II Year 2025 and the Company's internal cash. . The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is for the Company to repay the matured principal and twelfth interest of Bonds. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Impact of such material information or facts on the Company's operational, law, financial — condition or business continuity Dengan dilakukan pelunasan atas pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi tersebut maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan atas Obligasi tersebut telah berakhir. Selanjutnya, tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. By repaying the Bonds' principal and twelfth interest, the Company's obligation related to the Bonds has concluded. Furthermore, it does not have any other material impacts on the repayment of the principal and twelfth interest of Bonds to the Company's operational, law, financial condition, or business continuity.
