Juli 2026;
2. Perseroan akan menyediakan dana pembayaran
pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Wahana Inti Selaras Tahap I
Tahun 2025 Seri A sebesar Rp 1.200.000.000.000,- (Satu
Triliun Dua Ratus Miliar Rupiah) dari Kas dan hasil collection
serta pengumpulan Piutang Perusahaan yang mana posisi
Kas Perusahaan pada Desember 2025 adalah mencapai lebih
dari Rp 225,3 Miliar dan posisi Piutang Perusahaan mencapai
lebih dari Rp 3,6 Triliun.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak material lerhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha

Description of Material Information or 1. The Wahana Inti Selaras Bonds I Phase I Year 2025 Series
Facts A will mature on 18 July 2026.
2. The Company will provide funds for the principal payment of
the Wahana Inti Selaras Bonds I Phase I Year 2025 Series A
in the amount of IDR 1,200,000,000,000 (One Trillion Two
Hundred Billion Indonesian Rupiah), sourced from the
Company's cash balance and collections of Company's
receivables. As of December 2025, the Company's cash
position reached IDR 225.3 billion, while its receivables
reached more than IDR 3.6 trillion.
