PEMBERITAHUAN
KEPADA PARA PEMEGANG SAHAM
Direksi PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk, berkedudukan di Cimahi
(“Perseroan”), dengan ini memberitahukan kepada Para Pemegang Saham
Perseroan bahwa Perseroan akan mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan (RUPST) selanjutnya disebut “Rapat” di Cimahi Pada hari
Selasa, tanggal 15 April 2025.
Panggilan untuk Rapat akan diumumkan pada tanggal 24 Maret 2025
melalui website Perseroan, website Bursa, dan website KSEI.
Yang berhak hadir atau diwakili dalam Rapat adalah Para Pemegang Saham
yang namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada hari
Jumat tanggal 21 Maret 2025 sampai dengan pukul 16.00 WIB.
Usul-usul dari Para Pemegang Saham akan dimasukan dalam acara dan
Rapat jika memenuhi persyaratan dalam Pasal 12 ayat 10 Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan dan harus sudah diterima oleh Direksi Perseroan sedikitnya 7
(tujuh) hari sebelum panggilan Rapat.

ANNOUNCEMENT
TO SHAREHOLDERS
Directors of PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk, domiciled in Cimahi (“the
Company”), hereby informed to all Shareholders that the Company will
convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) in Cimahi,
on Monday, April 15, 2025.
The Invitation of the AGMS will be announced on March 24, 2025, through
the Company website, the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and the
Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) website.
Shareholders who are entitled to attend or be represented by proxy at the
AGMS are Shareholders whose names are registered in the Company’s
Register of Shareholders by Wednesday, March 21, 2025 at 16.00 Western
Indonesia Time.
Proposal from the Shareholders shall be included in the motion of AGMS if
It fulfills the requirements in Articles 12 paragraph 10 of the Company’s
Article of Association, and received by the Board of Directors of the
Company at least 7 (seven) days prior to the Invitation of AGMS.
