The Company hereby announces that the allocation of funds for the repayment of the principal and the twelfth coupon of
the Shelf Registered Bumi Serpong Damai III Phase I Year 2022 Series A, as well as the Shelf Registered Sukuk Ijarah I
Bumi Serpong Damai Phase I Year 2022, both of which are set to mature on April 7th, 2025. This notification is made in
compliance with IDX Rule No. I-E, which mandates the submission of a Report on the Allocation of Funds to repay the
Bond and/or Sukuk Maturity Funds at least 15 working days prior to the maturity date.
