Operational Strengthening and Strategic Projects
Jakarta, March 4, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under Pertamina's

the company's commitment to strengthening business growth, ensuring operational sustainability, and contributing to
national energy resilience.
Elnusa’s Corporate Communication Manager, Jayanty Oktavia Maulina, stated, “Elnusa will focus its investments on three
key business segments: upstream oil and gas services, energy distribution and logistics services, and support services.”
"In the upstream sector, investments will be allocated to business growth, including increasing the capacity of various

& Well Intervention, Coiled Tubing Unit (CTU), Wireline Unit, Workover Rigs 350HP, Logging Tools, Well Testing Unit, and

"Meanwhile, in the energy distribution and logistics services sector, Elnusa will strengthen the supply chain by expanding its

regions. We believe this initiative will significantly enhance the company’s profitability," Jayanty explained.
Jayanty further added, "For support services, Elnusa plans to increase capacity in subsidiary general warehousing, invest in
barges and docking accommodations, work barges, as well as fabricate supporting oil and gas equipment. Additionally, we
will continue exploring opportunities in new renewable energy within the energy transition ecosystem."
In addition to asset and infrastructure strengthening investments, Elnusa has also allocated a budget for maintenance
programs to ensure optimal operational capacity. The company adheres to prudent and strategic investment principles
aligned with corporate governance and risk management.
This investment not only aims to enhance the company’s competitiveness but also provides long-term benefits for business
