@nsic Pengunduran diri tersebut telah diajukan dan disetujui oleh Dewan Komisaris Perusahaan pada tanggal 3 Maret 2025. Pengunduran diri tersebut akan efektif pada saat disetujui oleh pemegang saham melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham terdekat. Selanjutnya, Perusahaan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa untuk meminta persetujuan dari pemegang saham atas permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak Satoshi Shiratani. Dampak kejadian, informasi, atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahan Publik Berakhirnya masa bakti dan program rotasi Bapak Satoshi Shiratani tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perusahaan.
