pengunduran diri Ibu Dilly Dwiasri selaku anggota Direksi
Perseroan. Selanjutnya Perseroan akan memenuhi ketentuan
yang diatur dalam POJK Nomor 33/POJK.04/2024 tentang
Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik
(POJK 33) dan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan untuk mengadakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham dan meminta persetujuan
dari pemegang saham atas pengunduran diri tersebut.
